Jennifer Baichwal

Jennifer Baichwal is a Canadian documentary filmmaker. Born in Montreal, Baichwal studied philosophy and theology at McGill University, before going into documentary filmmaking. She has won numerous awards for her films, including from the Genie Awards, the Toronto Film Critics Association Awards, the Toronto International Film Festival, the Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Festival and the International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
